Maple Heights Club Met With Mrs. Baldwin The Maple Heights Home Economics Club met Thursday with Mrs. Basil Baldwin. The meeting opened with the repeating of the club creed. Twenty members and om guest were present and two new members, Mrs. Grace Waits and Mrs. Lucille Williams, were welcomed into the club. The club has donated twenty dollars to the Putnam County War Chest. It has sent sixteen fruit rakes to seivlce boys overseas and it was decided at the meeting Thursday to buy a twenty-five dollar war bond. A lesson on ‘‘Eating Well In W*.r Time,” was given by Mrs. James Hill and Mrs. Carl Myers. Dainty refreshments were served by the hostesses. Mrs. Virginia Birt, Mrs. Basil Baldwin and Mrs. Betty Burks.
