Roll potato halves In melted fat, sprinkle with salt and pepper , and place on broiler rack. Place 'rack In broiler about three int rh' s from tip of flame and cook foods until brown on one side. Turn to brown second side and place tomatoes, which have been brushed with fat and sprinkled with salt and pepper, on rack. Broil until all are lightly browned. Serves three.
