FIGHTING AGAINST Communism, Browderum and Hillmanism — against regimentation of labor, the farmer and business — against dictatorship and one-man government — against secret treaties — against sixteen years of one-man rule — against Roosevelt and the New Deal. RGHTING FOR Plenty of jobs and fair wages — an oppor* trinity for the farm hand and the tenant farmer to own his own farm — for a fair price for the farmer — for quick return of our fighting men — for everlasting peace in the world — for clean government by law instead of presidential order — for destruction of the Washington bureaucracy.

Clean House k Washington! Clean House From Top To Bottom! Indiana Republicans have given you the best legislative record in twenty years. Seven millions and more in tax reduction — by careful saving built up a reserve fund of more than $40,000,000 against possible postwar depression — administered all the administrative oTices of state government in a highly satisfactory manner — forced good government in Indiana through legislative enactment — reduced the gross income tax on retailers — passed the merit law covering thousands of state employees — reduced the state property tax — created bi-partisan boards for all state institutions and the state police force — destroyed the vicious liquor racket and the infamous 2% Club. This record can and will be continued under Ralph If. Gates, nominee for governor, and splendid candidates for the legislature, and a full state ticket Republican Nominees For State Offices—1944
