Iliintt T^i«‘ Shelbyville UeiiKH rat ssys; In a lovely ceremony solemnized Saturday evening at 8:00 o'clock in the Morristown Methodist Chun’h, Miss Marietta Uelle Kirisey, daughter of Mrs. Maurice McKlbben, of Long E ach Cal., former resident of Morristown, became the bride of Robert E. Hurst, son of Mrs. Mayme Hurst of Morr.stown. The church was decorated with terra, palms, white asters and pink gladioli. The single ring vows were read by Dr. G. S. Snyder, of Indianapolis, before a white satin altar which was flanked with white picket paling and candelabra. White candles tied with pink tulle and white asters lighted the aislu leading to the altar.
Mrs. Henry Gordon, organist, played a program of bridal music and Mrs. Eeon Paris, soloist, sang "Ah, Sweet Mystery of Life,” “Because" and “I Love You Truly," before th ■ ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her step-father. She wore a gown of candlelight sat« fahh tmed with a sweetheart neckline and a fitted bodice. Miss Beverly Bngle and Miss Barbara Unger, of Morristown, were ttvj senior and junior bridesmaids. Their frocks were of fall rose taffeta with romance necklines, fitted bodices and full sk.ifs with bussle bows kn the buck.Thoy carried purple and pink asters and wore the same flowers In their hair. Wilbur Elliott, of (Indianapolis, waa best man and ushers were James G, Westerfield, of Morriat.nvn, and Warren E. Tr bby, U. S. Navy. The bride's mother chose a dress of daytime blue trimmed with soquins. Her accessories were black ar. I she wore a corsage of pink rosea and babys breath. The groom’s m.itdsoldler blue with
silver sequin trim. Her acre-ts were black and her coisage was of red roses and babys breath. Mrs, Emma O'Hair, grandmother of the bride, chose a dress of deep purple will) black accessories and wore gar-
