Class of the Gobin Methodist church, which is composed of seventh grade girls recently sold a number of Christmas greetings and from the proceeds they purchased sixteen beautiful gifts for the Orphan’s Home at Lebanon. The group of girls will go to Lebanon Saturday to oresent the gifts to the children of the home. Among the items purchased were four dolls which the girls dressed themselves, musical tops and drums for the 3 and 4 year old boys and silver bracelets for the 18 year old girls. They donated ten games, candy, and nuts. Members of the class are Marilyn Abrams, Virginia Arnold, Betty Lou Crawley. Ramona Glover. Mary Lee Hickman, Ruth Hildebrand. Mrs. Blanche Monhett read the story from Grace Richmond, "Christmas Day in the Moming.” There were many present to enjoy -he fine spirited meeting including the usual exchange of gifts and special music furnished by Miss Marie Jack and Eloise Paddock.
