Funeral services were held at Bloomington Sunday for Howard M. Tourner, 74 years old, many years a jeweler in that city, hut remembered in Greencastle as a former flute instructor in the DePauw School of Music, and a student in DePauw.

Funeral rvlces were held at Brazil Sunday furenoon for Glenda Ann, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James 9'itzinger of Greencastle. Her death occurred Friday afternoon at the Riley hospital in Indianapolis, of pneumonia, i few hours after she had been taken to the hospital. The mother of the child was formerly Miss Juanita Green of Brazil. The annual turkey dinner of Ear! Fisk Camp. United Spanish War Veterans, and its auxiliary, will be held the evening of Thursday. December 4. in the dining room of the First Presbyterian church, Greencastle. The camp will furnish tne turkeys. Those attending are asked to bring baskets of food and table service. A number of distinguished guests are expected to be present.

Met In School Gymnasium The regular meeting of the Belle Union Parent-Teachers was held Monday evening, November 3rd. in the high school gymnasium. Miss Ethel Hurst, president, called the house to order. The association donated $100 to the improvement of school grounds. This project is featured as the Pai-ent-Teachers goal this year, however, considerable money, labor, shrubs, etc., have been promised by various citizens in the township. A committee of twelve member-t are working on this project. They will appreciate any support that may be given them. The association also voted $1.00 to buy T. B. Seals, $5.00 to Farmers Institute and $5.00 for T. B. Serum for the 9th grade and basketball players. The Parent-Teachers cleared $33 at the Halloween carnival Friday evening.
