The board of commissioners of Putnam county is advertising today and again a week later for bids to supply about 15 tons of calcium chloride, delivered at Greencastle, the material to be in accordance with the specifications for it prepared by the Indiana State Highway Commission. The calcium chloride is to be applied by county equipment on county highways which are surfaced with gravel or stone. It is used to alleviate the dust nuisance on such
