Keep covered while heating, stirring as little as possible. Turn out on platter with meat on top and just before serving sprinkle with Grated sharp cheese. Serves four. you find you do not need much help to these beginning chefs. The following recipe using prepared macaroni in cream sauco with cheese is one that gives the children experience in using the oven, and the delicate combination of flavors is particularly appealing to them. They would have great fun inviting their friends over to a meal at which they served this dish: Macaroni and Tuna Scallop Drain oil from— 1 small (7-oz.) can tuna fish. Separate into flakes and place half of the fish in the bottom of a small casserole. Top with half of— I medjum (17-qz.) f can cooked macaroni in cream sauce with cheese. Repeat layers, then sprinkle over all— Crumbled potato chips. Bake in a moderate oven (.‘175" F.) about 25 minutes or until heated through and bubbling. Serves four to five. One cup finely diced or ground cooked meat may be substituted for the tuna fish.
