In the office of Homer C. Morrison, clerk of the Putnam court, it was ascertained that 40 permits for the carrying of a concealed weapon were issued by the judge of the Putnam circuit court in the year just closed, which number. Boyd as prosecutor of Putnam county, asks the court to cite Albert Douthitt to appear before he court and show cause why his license to carry a concealed firearm should not be ievoked. The petition is signed by Lawrence G.
