Jan. 19.— (UP) —President Roosevelt’s library, being constructed to store the President's valuable private and state Papers, was slightly damaged by fire last nigdit when a plaster-drying burner ignited scaffolding. Hyde Park firegion, aided by a Poughkeepsie fire company, quickly extinguished the flames in the unfinished structure, on Mr. Roosevelt’s Hyde Park estate. .
