Five Injured In Crash Reported Doinj? Well PERU, Ind., June 27 (UP)—Five persons injured in a highway crash in which two were killed near Deedsville yesterday, were reported by hospital physicians today as “holding their own.” Three of those injured still were in critical condition. They were Thomas G. Wilson. 42, president of the Marion National Bank; Arthur F. Case, 56. retired Marion manufacturer, and W. Aubrey Dill. 45, Huntington automobile dealer. Alice Williams, 16, and William Dill. Jr., 19, both of Huntington, were ; less seriously hurt, physicians said. Their condition was reported fair. Killed in the crash were Ronald Kingsley. 45-year-old president-man-ager of the Greater Marion Association. ami Mrs. Helen Dill, 40, Hunt ington clubwoman.

Mr. Boesen is a native of Denmark but is a naturalized citizen of the
United States.
Shortly before adjournment for
luncheon, the court stated it would not hear the evidence of Mr. Boesen, on the grounds that he is yet a ward
of the court as an insane person. The point at issue in that connec-
tion is the meaning of the statute which appears, some say. to direct a court to declare sane a former patient in a mental hospital who has been released from such institution and declared cured by the authorities of the hospital. But the intention of the statute is declared by others not
to be definite on that point. As a result of the ruling of Judge
Sutherlin. the attorneys for Mr. Boesen announced the dismissal of the proceedings, at least for the present, because they would have to depend upon the evidence of Mr. Boesen to establish his contention that he is now sane. Three physi-
