OBITFARV Andrew Paul Williams, son of Jesse anrl Eva Burnet Williams, was horn west of Greencastle January 26. 1883. and passed away January 17, 1938. Hr attended the srhools of Madion township ami grew to young manhood in that vicinity. In 1899 the family moved to Greencastle and Paul spent the remainder of his life in this city. In March. 1905. he was united in marriage to Blanche Cunningham anil to this union was born one daughter, Freda Louise, who passed away June 29, 1938. He was of a friendly, jovial disposition, which won him many warm friends. He was a iover of the great cut doers an l he keenly enjoyed hunting and fishing, and never missed an opportunity to spend a day in thn woods. F01 twenty years he ha 1 been eniplryed by the American Zinc Products Co . where his industrious nature and his ability to sup< rvisr nun had given him a position of responsi-
bility.
Ho was a devoted husband anil father, anil the welfare of his family was his chief concern. Two years ago he was stricken with the illness that resulted in his death. Although his suffering was great, he was extremely patient through it all. He joined Locust Street Methodist church in 1903 and about three years ago transferred his membership to Maple Heights church near his home. He leaves to mourn his loss, his wife, mother, two brothers, two sisIcri', several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. I cannot say. and I will not say That he is dead,—He is just away! With a cheery smile, and a wave of thn hand. He has wandered into an unknown

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind„ Fob. 13. - <UP)—A suspect of th brutal hammer murder of Mis. Carrie I^elah Romig last month is in custody of police today. They said the person under arrest was W. Ray Bi4seh, Alias John Hoffman, a criminal with an extensive record. Butsch, who told officers he was 40 but who app ars to he nearer 50. was brought here from Anderson, where he was arrested in a rooming house last Thursday. after he reportedly had pawned jewelry. He was linkfd to the slaying of the 55-year-old, three married b'onde by police who indicated the jewelry included part of the woman's gems found missing from her apartment. She was found beat n to death with a hammer in her quarters last Jan. 17. The fact that Indianapolis police wen 1 , to Anderson with the victim’s husband, Harold, was understood to have indicated he identified some of th pawned jewels ns being property of h ! s dead wife. Romig. 28-year-old dime store employe, went to Anderson yesterday with Police Chit f Michael Morrissey and other officers.
