Contractors awarded the work shall furnish acceptable surety bonds in amount of 100 per cert of the contract price. Thr contract documents including Plans and Specifications ere on file at the office of the County Auditor. Greencastle, Indiana, end at the office of Everett H Crabb. Architect, at No. 3510 North Pennsylvania Street Indianapolis. Indiana, and at State Architect's Office State House. Indianapolis. Indiana. Bids will be received as follows: One bid for general construction. One bid for heating and ventilating. One bid foi plumbing. One bid for Jail Equipment. Copies of plans and specifications may be obtained from the county auditor and the Architect upon a deposit of $25 for each set. Said deposits to be refunded, provided these documents be returned to the office of the Architect or Auditor in goo ! condition within five days after the opening of the bids.
