Davis, of Atlanta, Ga., who, with his wife and two children, also vis- ( ited with Mrs. Davis’ parents. Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Overstreet, in Liz- J ton. Rev. Davis was a Hendricks county boy, and after graduating from DePauw has had interesting experiences, in company with his wife. | Beginning his education in the high school at Lizton, Mr. Davis attended DePauw. He taught in a boys’ academy at Albany, N. Y., and after holding a pastorate at Cascade, Mont . in the Great Falls conference, J he went to the Philippines, where he and his wife taught in a theological seminary at Manilla Other education was gained at Boston University and later he received his Master's degree at Northwestern. At present he is secretary of the Stewart Missionary Foundation at Gammon The-' ologicnl Seminary in Atlanta. Ga., where he is editor of The Foundation, a Methodist publication. Mr. Davis has received a call to Jubbulpore, India, where he is offered the presidency of Leonard College, a training school for native ministers. The Davises have two daughters, Betty, ac d 9, who was bornin the Philippines, and Marjorie, who is 3 years
