Bray, of Martinsville, representing the heirs of |thp late Mrs. J. Mingle McCammack, against Allen Wayne Broadsheet and James Martin Broadstreet, as co-guardians of the heirs, and against Charles Broadstreet, as bondsman for the guardians, to recover the sum of $1,911.81 alleged to be due the heirs from the guardians. The guardians recently filed n final report in Circuit court, and resigned. The heirs are Wame McCammack. Kendall McCammack, Rector McCammack, Virlyn McCammack. Ixiis McCammack and Wanda McCammack. The complaint in the suit above referred to states that the first three named have reached the age of 21 since the guardians were appointed.
