The Ladies Aiii will meet with Mrs. Charles Rutter Thursday, May 27th. Mis. Ruby Burdette daughter of Airs. John Lewis passed away at her home in Bainbridge last Saturday morning after an extended illness. F'uneral and burial were at Brick Chapel Monday, 2 p. m. Charles Smith and Evaloo Woodworth departed Sunday fur Litchfield, 111., to attend the commencement exerctses of the Litchfield high school. Miss Ruby Feme Woodworth, a niece off Evalore being one of the graduates. Mr. and Mrs. Alva Thomas entertained the following guests at a 1 o’clock dinner Sunday at Coxcy’s restaurant at the Hanna Cross roads: Mrs. Dessie Thomas of Greencastle and Mrs. Neal Allen.
