W. Group The International Relations group of A. A. U. W. met on Thursday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Hiram Jomc. Dr. Harold Zink addressed the group on the subject of Diplomatic Relations with Pan-American Conn- I tries. He pointed out the fact that j there has been much friction and ill i feeling between the United States j and the Latin American countries in J the past, due largely to a lack of understanding. However, since 1924 there has been a change in the attitude of these countries to the Uni’ed Sates. The spirit of friendship and good will was quite evident during the recent visit of President Roosevelt to South America. At the close of Dr. Zink’s qddress there was an informal discussion of conditions in South America led by Mrs. William Shelley who has spent fifteen years in Chile. The next meeting of this group 1 will be held on May 27th with Mrs. Charles Johnson at the Alpha Phi house. Dr. L. R. Eckardt will discuss Essentials of a Sufficient Foreign Policy for the United States. ++++++++ Twentieth Century Club Met Thursday The Twentieth Century Club held
