Sandy vs. Marshall Field and Company The plaintiff in the above entitled cause, having filed his complaint heroin, together with his affidavit that the defendant is not a resident of the State of Indiana and is a foreign corporation, and that the purpose and object of the action is to quiet the title to real estate and to set aside a judgment affecting the title to the said real estate described in plaintiff’s complaint, and which said real estate is situate in the Town of Cloverdale. Putnam County, Indiana, and described as follows, to-wit; A part of A. H. Sandy’s OutLot No. 1, in the 1904 Annexation to the Town of Cloverdale, Indiana, being a part of the northwest fractional quarter of Section 6. Towmship 12 North, Range 3 West: Beginning at the southwest comer of a five-acre tract of land formerly deeded to Aaron H. Sandy by Mary A. Sandy, and recorded in Deed Record 33, page 171, the said beginning point being also the southwest comer of A. H. Sandy’s Out-Lot No. 1. in 1904 Annexation to the Towm of Cloverdale, Indiana: thence north, from said beginning point. 160 feet; thence east, 160 feet: thence south, 160 feet; thence west, 160 feet, to the place of beginning, and that the cause of action alleged in the complaint arose in this state. Lee Brookshire, living on east Washington street, today recalled that just 70 years ago this evening, a cyclone struck north Putnam county, doing the most damage iu the vicinity of Parkersburg. It hit j late in the day and at least two people were killed. One was the wife of H. A. Foster and the other was the daughter of Dr. Strawn, both living near Parkersburg. A great area was completely destroyed, so far as trees, building and vegetation was concerned. The storm was the worst that ever struck Putnam county. The junior class of the Clinton
