A. 1'. W. 4 j roup “My Observations in Germany.” was the subject of Dr Baerg’s talk before tne Greencastle A A U. W. group at the Theta house Tuesday evening. In comparing recent with previous observations in Germany. Dr. Baerg noted that now nearly everyone nas gone to work. This is largely due to various types of government projects. He found in the present labor conditions three values in particular to the individual. First, the development of an appreciation of work as an honored estate: second, the feeling that in working for one’s country an individual has contributed to it; and third, the placing shoulder to shoulder of all classes. There is a tremendous change in attitudes compared with post-war Germany. It is surprising to find su<h a unified goal and enthusiasm. 4444+444 Big Walnut Indies Aid Met Thunalay The Big Walnut Ladies Aid met in the church basement. Feb. 18.
