Thousands of entries were received in the recent $1,000 Reddy Rhyme Contest, with the great majority of entries coming from women. Each of these entries stressed the need for modern electric appliances in the home. It is reasonable to assume that the wives (maybe your own wife) who sent in these entries

were writing about the thing closest to their hearts . . . their own home. Take a tip from Reddy Kilowatt . . . your home needs modernizing. Give your wife the conveniences she wants with modern electric appliances to make her work easier. The cost of electric service is only a few cents a day.
