However. Mr. ! Crawley gave some very interesting facts which Columbia university has issued. They show at what ages men | most need exercise, and they also ■how at what ages this important' health issue is almost complete over-i looked. I Mr. Crawley demonstrated the correct way to stand, to stretch, to throw, to lift an article, to climb a ladder, to walk, to run and to jump. He also showed the most effective exercises for weak or fallen arches and suggested that these exercises be gone through daily at home and if they are followed moderately at first, they will soon put one in fit form for most any kind of athletic program that will add much to one's health.
