Ml ( II IT \ IS I'ROMISFII FANS AT SOFT BALL PARK THIS EVENING Greencastle sport fans tonight will see for the first time a game that is taking the entire country by storm. It is called donkey baseball and that is exactly what it is as the fielders, with the exception of the pitcher and catcher are mounted on these animals. The batter, after hitting the ball, has to jump on a donkey waiting at th' plate and then try to make first base if possible. The affair tonight will be repeated again Saturday evening under the floodlights at the city softball diamond on south Locust street. The games are being sponsored by the local American Legion post and spectators arc promised several hours of genuine hilarity. The game this evening will be played between a picked team from the Business Men and Rotary-Kl-wanis aggregations versus the Ellis and Kroger clubs of the softball
loop.
The starting lineup for the Business Men and Rotary-Klwanis is announced ns follows: Edmonson, short-
3c aged lady, will also assist house work. Inquire at Banner.
