Payments will 1«‘ made in -tandnrd silver dollars, silver certificates or other Fnitud States money. The payments are equivalent to 50.01 cents per fine trov ounce. These include foreign and domestic silver coins, silver ore, silver owned by foreign governments and foreign central banks and silver in fabricated atticles.
