Wisconsin has been ane of the fo-

■vl (j ints of disorder in the farm strike since the campaign started on Oct. 21. There was some uncertainty, however, as to tine outcome of Gilbert’s order. Two strikes aru in progress in the state- one by the farm holiday group and another by the Wisconsin co-op-erative milk pool, which started at nidnight Monday. Walter Singler, head of the milk u ol, in Milwaukee isued a statement that he would not cail off the milk strike until after a mass meeting of farmers at Madison, the state capital, Friday. Signing the majority report were governors or representatives of the states of Iowa. Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Illincis. Richard Beamish, representing Gov* muor Pinchot of Pennsylvania, declined signing because, he said, he •nsideied himself an unofficial and “friendly listener” at the conference, William Hirth of Missouri represented his state unofficially, but did not lake part in final deliberations.
