*!« *j« *j« •!* New Maysville Club Mel Friday The New Maysville Community duh met Friday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Daisy Beason. This being guest day, the club had invited the Home Economics club of Bainbridge to be their guest-, and about twenty-five of their number accepted the invitation. Other guests present were Miss Mary Crouch of Indianapolis, Miss Mary Jane Horn of Amo and Mrs. Florence McFerran. The meeting was opene:! by singing “America.” The club collect was repeated in unison. Twenty-five metn- ! bers answered roll call by giving a ! quotation from Edgar Guest. Miss O’Rear of Greencastle entertained with a number of her humorous readings Miss Mary Burks of J Reelsville was the speaker for the j afternoon, telling of her European jtiip. A flower show was also part of the program and many beautiful bouquets were shown. The president of the club selected three judges who awarded prizes to Mrs. Ruby Majors, Mrs. Lottie McCammack and Mrs. Myrtle Grantham. Refreshments were served by the
hostess.
++++++ Frazier Reunion Held Sunday Descendants of Alcany and Louisa Frazier met for their first reunion at the Tracy C x training camp at Fern, (Sunday, Aug. 13. About 150 relatives and friends were present. A bountiful dinner was served and all enjoyed the day. No officers were elected hut it was agreed that the second reunion Would be held at the same place on the second Sunday in August, 1934.
