M. uni I Sarah J Bowman, was bom March o, 1870 and died Dee. 21. 1!#32. at the 1 age of 63 years, y months and 16 da; s She w .i- a member of a family | of 14 children, four boys and 10 girls, ■ of wiicm but thre survive. Charle.- E. •ind George C Bow nan and Mrs. Hul1 dah Wright. On Jan. 1. 1893, -he with Chari*-. C. Buis, appeared at the nuptial altar and did then and there plight her lilc with his, f.r richer, for • poorer, for better, for worse, until j separated by death. This vow she kept inviolate, all the years of marric i life until separated by the death of the husband vhich occurred on the j Jyth day of Dec. 2. 1923. about the | time they had planned to celebrate their wedding anniversary. This sad event brought deep sorrow to her, from which she never fully recovered, but gave her to wear a widow’s weed, until her own death releived her. To this union was bom seven children, of whom four are liv ing, Mrs. Je.-ie Arnold. Maynard Buis, Mrs. Alberta Kivett and Walter Buis, all of B'illmorc. Glen B. Ro\ie W. and a i infant child preceded her in death. Be-ides t ie four children living, there jie three grandchildren who survive j < harles Buis, Mary Lou Amcld and I Wilma Jean Kivett. Bettie B'awn

Her home always extend ed a lieait. welcome to her brethren end friend-, from near and far. Her genial and hospitable spirit made it pleasant for her company. Her devotion to her children was in proof of a mother’s undying love.
