Moot of his life was spent on his farm near New Maysville. When a young man about 2. r > years old. he was united in marriage to Miss Hen sal of Putnam county, who passed away one year later. In 1875 he was united in marriage in Sarah Culbertson of Hendricks minty. To this ■ inic.ri were born t lire/- sono, Roscne C., Roy D, and Earl Raymond.
