Barnard Boys Held On Check Charges JOHN ROE AND PAl L DELONA. BOTH 18. IN JAIL AT LEBANON SATURDAY

Two Hendricks county youths were held in the Boone county jail Saturday pending arraignment on a forgery charge. They are John hoe and Paul Delon a both 18 years old, residents of the community near Barnard west of North SalemThe Imijs were arrested at Jamestown by Marshall Newton Harmon after chasing an alleged forged check at the Pyle Department store. The check bore the fraudulent signature of Henry Clay. North Salem cattle dealer. Another such check was found in Delano’s pocket. The hoys told the Jamestown officer that Delano had forged the checks and Roe passed them.
