Club women of Greencastle and Putnam County ate urged to rememb er that they are hostesses to the twenty-fourth annual convention of th Fifth District Federation of Clubs, Thursday, April 21. Registration be-
gins at 9:15 a. m.
The meeting will he called to order at 9:30 at the Methodist church. It is hoped that every club in Putnam County will be represented at this convention, no matter whether the club is a member < f the District federation or not. But it is especially urged that no club having membership in the District Federation fail to -end delegates. Will each club president to it that at least two members

Miss Rose J slin discussed some English novels with Italian settings, emphasizing particularly George Eliot’s “Romola”, Gladys Stem’s "Thunderstorm”, and the charming, humorous story “Enchanted April.” She read as illustra tions, well chosen selections from these novels.
