May 11th, 1929. To this union was born two children, Marilyn and Colleen. Jimmie was a good boy and to know him was to love him. 5. Renunciation of over-frequent convocation of international conferences raising the vain hopes of tae people ar.d increasing their difficul-

The grand council reserved the light to examine Italy’s position within the League of Nation* at the October session. The Italian disarmament proposals were endorsed as offering the only practical and logical

solution.

The government regarded the dm armament proposals as a challenge to all countries {o prove the sincerity of their disarmament programs. The programs were expected to meet all the essentials for ensuring peace with • nit immediately destroying present armaments .which would decrease em

ployment.

The peace plan was mapped to be in full operation in five years. It pro jioscd revision af the laws of wai to provide greater protection to civilian populations, and asked for full voluntary repotts on the armed forces of

all nations.

The plan outlined the proposals - oh milted to the world disarmament con ference by foreign minister Dino Grandi.
