It.already hud received the most | damaging testimony the state has presented in its attempt to hang Mrs. Judd on the charges she murdered Agnes Aiuie I^roi, a close friend. The testimony was that of Dr. Joseph Cutton, San Frans- ieco alien i.-X, who -aid the blonde defendant toll him siie killed Mrs. Leroi and Mrs. Leroi’.- room-mate, Miss Hedvig Samuelson, because of J. J. Halloran, wealthy Arizona sportsman.
