And any person, persons, firm or corporation desiring to procure a license from said city for the purpose of exhibiting or participating in the management, conducting or carrying on of any picture show, theatrical and all other exhibitions, shows or entertainments in the City of Greencastle, Indiana, (except as above provided), shall pay to the Treasurer, the sum of Five dollars per day, Ten dollars per week on one Hundred and Twenty five dollars per year, and the Treasurer shall receipt the applicant specifying tlie amount paid and the license applied for, and upon filing ! receipt with the City Clerk, the Clerk shall issue to such applicant a license stating therein the name of tlie person, persons, firm or corporation in whose favor and for what purpose it is granted, and the time it is to continue and tlie house or place where such picture show, theatrical and other exhibitions, shows or entertainment is or are to be had or held.
