Rev. B. H. Bruner, minister of the Greencastle Christian church was the guest speaker at the county meeting of the Christian churches of Montgomery county Sunday at Ladoga. He spoke in the morning on the subject, "Toward Jerusalem”, and in the a! ternoon on "The Way Toward Unity.” Ihe Ladoga church was crowded to
capacity for both -ervicets.

COUNTY MEETING HELD
In spite of the ram, all of the nine Christian churches in Putnam county were represented at the county meeting held Sunday ut the Somerset Christian church north of Greencastlc. The church wa- crowded to capacity for the Bible School ami f, r the morning service, ]n the afternoon not more than half of the crowd could ■ret into the church. This is the first fellowship meeting which the churches have had for many years, and it was voted to make it an annual affair. The place and time will be decided by the officers of the county Missionary organization. Dr. Jesse M. Bader, superintendent ,f evangeli m for the United Christian Misisonary society, which is the largest organ ration among the Chrisdun churche-, gave the message both in the morning and the afternoon. Mr. Bader ha traveled practically ar ,und the world in the interest of his work, and had main interesting xperiences to relate. He told of the past history of the church and nr’ •ented in a very dear way the future tasks of the church.
