The sureties on any bond filed, if personal, shall be not less than three resident freeholders of the State of Indiana, at least one of whom shall be a resident freeholder of Rutnain Coun-
ty.
Each bidder shall submit with Ids bid and bond a non-collusion affidavit as required by the statute laws of the State of Indiana. Before the closing of the contract the successful bidder will lie required to file with the auditor a certificate from the Industrial Board of Indiana showing that such bidder has compiled with the Workmen's Compensation Law of Indiana. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to discriminate between bidders and all bids submitted must lie filed with that understanding. Cox, et al, for the improvement of a certain highway in Madison Township, said county and state, and that said petition is set for hearing before the Board of Commissioners of said county, on Monday the 1st day of April, 1929, the same being the first day of the regular April term 1929, of said board.
