With eight minute.- to play, Franklin was lea ing by a scant four point margin, 31 to 27, when Henderson, back guard, slipped under for a field
goal.
The DePauw reserves defeated the Franklin reserves in the preliminary game, 33 to 28. DePauw led, 16 to 13 at the half.
