Unless another delay i.fc due, the third trial of Walter Parrish, charged with fornication in city court, will he held Thursday before Special Judge M. J. Murphy. The first trial resulted in a hung jury and the -econd resulted in a verdict of guilty, but the jury failed to agree on the punishment.

According to word received at the fire department, William Jones and Fred Jordan, who have been on a trip through the east, left for Greencastle Monday morning about six thirty o’clock and expect to reach here sometime tonight or Wednesday morning.
