(UP)— The American Farm Bureau Federation will give its endorsemt nt to at least one part of Herbert Hoover's new farm relief plan, the United Press was informed today. “Mr. Hoover's projects for railroad reorganization and development of the Great Lukes outlet to the sea are highly desirable,” said M.
