Creation is not a thing of the past in respect to the earth but is capable of endless dovelopNoi ment, according to the Df theories of Millikan, great Past California scientist a n d physicist who delivered an address in Greencastle about three weeks ago. According to Millikan's view* there i- no rest in the universe and that the process of change and creation is going on steadily. He bej lieves that the earth i.- going through | an endless cycle of evolution and that die elements which make up 25 per cent of the material of the earth are constantly created in the universe and shot with terrific speed into thi

body of this planet.

Ihe majority of people live with but little thought to the future. National Fyrest Week, as A proclaimed by President Good Coolidge, and being obIdea served this week throughout the United .State., habut one view in mind and that is to guard our natural resources. There are many resources such as coal, oil, iron and other geological deposits that when used once cannot be used again. In another group of natural resource- i, placed water which i- inexhaustible*. I* orests and *oiI come under the head of anothei gtovip as, although they can be u.-ed once, can be supplanted and used again. However, in the case of many forests, no etrort is made to replace what has been taken. The object of the week is to show that in order to take advantage of tin group, reforest ration

is ti prime necessity.
