The Greencastle regional should prove a thriller and the team that wins will probably not have more than a four or five point margin at the most. Coach Kelly’s boys have their hearts set on helping to dedicate the new Butler Field House at Indianapolis and they are going to be hard to get along with next Saturday at Greencastle.

(The Daily Clintonian) A conservative declaration and one that is true might be made in saying that the Old Gold and Black team has a fifty-fifty cham ■ at Greencastle to win the regional. This is no exaggeration it is a statement that can he verified by he facts. The Crawfordsville boys aio big and rangy. They are a g' team hm Brazil beat them by ab ut the same score a- they did against C. H. S. Attica heat Covington who broke even with Crawfcrdsville. Attica was ea ily defeated by Greencastle who lost and won against tire K'dlpmen. Study the figures anyway you wi-h, and tin conclusion that you mu * draw is that there is very little difference to lie found between Greencastle, Craw fordsville ami Clinton. Mellott, the other contender, is not rated as -trong as the above trio. If an c go had to be drawn, it would probably favor Greencastle who will be playing on its own floor. But the ' am that getthe break- will probably win. Greencastle nosed out Clinton by thro point-, only, at Greenca tie ami every fan in Clinton knows that C. H. S. was at that time in the throes of a slump. If the Kellymen play as they did in the sectional la-t Saturday Crawfordsville and Gi'cncastle will have to be in top form to stop them. Spike's boys are not worried ovei the fact that Greenca-tie beat Bainbridge because they know that th y could take Bainbridgc vor on theii own floor and they came very neai copping at Bainbridgc. The Greencastle fans have plenty of respect for
the Kellymen.

\T THE YONCASTI.E According to a great p-ychologist th avc.-agp human being .-pend.- onethird of his life sleeping eating and thinking about love. In this group—and perhaps the able-t of them—is to be found Miss Beatrice Fairfax whose “Advice to the Lovelorn" column syndicated in hun Ireds of newspapers daily reaches I an audience of from 3,000,000 to 5,- | 000,000 people. From the depths of her experience | she ha- concocted her first motion j picture story, a daring true romance, “The Lovelorn,” which comes to the Voncastle Theatre Thursday for a two day run. The Cosmopolitan production whicli feature- Sally O’Neil ami was produced for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer tells the viviil story of three members of the lovelorn and illustrates vividly ! the poweiful influence exerted on I ! their lives by ,-uch persons us Ben | I trice Fairfax. Dorothy Cummin!,; i plays the part of Miss Fairfax. “The Lovelorn” is a story of today,' as modern as skirtless bathing suits ■ anil as ancient as time. It is the -tory 1 of two shop girls in a big city who ! love widely, play fiercely and flirt vivaciously.
“I Enjoy Lucky Strikes”
Says John Golden, Noted Theatrical Producer
"When concentrating on the intricate work of a new production, a good smoke is both relaxation and a pleasure. I enjoy Lucky Strikes. They do not irritate the throat and their f!avo v is unsurpassed.”
DOLORES COSTELLO STARS IN BIG FOOTBALL FILM NOW SHOW ING AT GKANAD \ Dolores Costello, loveliest of screen tars, in “The College Widow,” makes her first venture into the field of light comedy, a venture so successful that it is doubtful whether the public will allow her to remain very far from it in the future. She is cast, as every one who remembers the spectacularly successful George Ade stage play, will recall, as the daughter of a college president, who, because of his inability to win athletic laurels for the school, is about to he ejected. The young lady sets about winning men for the team, and so successful is she, that each of the eleven fights as fiercely, as ever a knight of old, each believing that he himself is June’s especial favorite. She wins the son of a rich man who has promised a legacy to the college, from idleness to industry. She loses the faith at her knights errant, only I to win it back and all she has fought for and more. “The College Widow” is the most delightful college play ever written ami Dolores is the most 1 delightful of heroines. Don’t mis» ^ either.

The Cream of the Tobacco Crop “Few people, except leaf tobacco men, realize that LUCKY STRIKE Cigarettes are made from the choice of the sweetest, ripest tobaccos grown. 1 wish every smoker might see these tobaccos—they would then readily understand why LUCKY STRIKES are so mild and mellow.”
