SLAYER TO DIE HUNTSVILLE, Tex., Feb. 9. (UP) —UeorRe J. Hassell, confessed slayer of thirteen persons, will be electrocuted in the State prison here tonight. Hassell’s last hope of escaping death disappeared yesterday when Governor Dan Moody refused executive clemency. Moody’s decision was based on a sanity report which declared Hassell sane. Hassell confessed to the murder of his wife and seven step-children at Farwell, Tex., and to live murders in California.
