Gib-on Sept. 11th. 1909, and depa'ted this life Jan. 21st. 1927. Mrs Gibson was a member of the Greencastle M. E. Church, having united w' !i the Locust St. M. F. church very early in life, and continueing a faithful member to the time of her death, though owing 'o her very delicate health in recee* years, she hud not been able to enter very ac ively into the wcvk of the church. She was also of such a very timid and retiring disposition that, while even maintaining a mo't loyal intcre-t in her church and community she prefered to remain in the background of all activities. Mrs. Gib-on was a steadfa-P chr; ‘ inn, embidying the most s' ' ig qualities and enableing virtues and adhering, religiously, to the higho 1 orineiplo' < f true womanhood. Hers, was a character entirely devoid, of any .-how, or pretense,being of a mn.-t sincere and honest at i ure. She wa a great lover of her home, and it is in that sphere that she will he must sadly misled.
