The bu’k of the sales moved a <12.10 t <12.15 with the practical toj about <12.25. A few choice offerings brought an extreme top of $12.25. The cattle market was steady tc higher with a run estimated at i*0( bovincs. Beef steers brought $10.50 down with cows quoted at $3.50 tc $4.75. Calves opened active and wen generally 50 cents to a dollar higher Best veals sold at $10 down. Receipts were 800. Sheep and lambs were steady with prices practically unchanged.
