KENDALLVILLE, Ind., April 12— With one arm crushed and ground to pieces Earl Bugler, 19 saved his life by clinRinp: desperately to the wreckage of his auto as it was dragged a hundred yards beneath the caboose of a freight train. The arm was amputateil after Bugler was taken from
