Indiana State Highway Commission at his office in the Capitol Building in Indianapolis until 10:00 o clock a. m.. April 15. 1924. when all proposals will be publicly opened and read. IN Putnam County—Three bridges on State Road 32, spans 10’ to 20’. The plans and specifications may be examined at the office of the State Highway Commission, 16 North Senate Avenue., Indianapolis^ or copies thereof will be forwarded upon payment to the Director for a nominal charge. No refund will be made for plans returned.
