There are still a good inany men living in Green castle whose fathers helped elect General Harrison to the Presidency in '41, but there are none left who remember the ” ten o'clock line." In 1S09, General Harrison gained a vast stretch of land then known as the “New Purchase' by treaty with the Indians. The “ten o'clock line’ defined in All lands south and west became U. S. territory; north of it was the Wilderness. This old boundary, like the sendee of this bank, has long lost its limit. The scope of sendee of the First National Bank of Greencastle has broadened with the years until now it includes the small depositor as well as the large, the investor as well as the home-builder. It has become the home of the systematic saver because it is built on sendee and founded on security.
