Watson, and against James Kelly, issued out of the Common Pleas Court, and to me directed and delivjred, I will offer at public auction, at the Court House door in Terre-Haute, on Saturday the 22d day of Sept. A D. 1855, between the legal hours of said day, the rents and profits for a term of seven years, of the premr lses in said order, described as follows, towifc: inlot No. thirty-three (33) known as such on the recorded plat of the town of Terre-Haute, and should I fail to receive a bid therefor sufficient to satisfy gaid order and costs, I will then ar.d there offer the fee simple of said piemises, to the highest bidder for cash to satisfy said order and costs.
