It is therefore ordered by the Court, that the said James Gibsen, be and appear in that Court, before the Judge thereof, at its next term, to be held at the Court House, in Terrell aute, on the first Monday of October next, on or before the callng of tbe cause for trial, and plead answur or demur to the plaintiff's complaint, or the matters and things therein contained, will bo heard and determined in hw absence, and this cause as to the said James Gibsen, is continued.
