It is therefore ordered by the Court, that the said James Gibsen.be and appear in that Court, before I he Judge thereof, at its next term, to be held at. the Court House, in TerreHaute, on the first Monday of October next, on or before the call'ng of the cause for trial, and plead answer or demur to the plaintiff's complaint., or the matters and things therein contained, will be heard and determined in his absence, and this cause as to the said James Gibsen, is continued.
