It is therefore ordered by the Court, that the said James Gibsen, be and appear in that Court, before the Judge thereof, at its next term, to be held at the Court House, in TerretJaute, on the first Monday of October next, on or before the'call'ng of the cause for trial, and plead answer or derhur to the plaintiff's complaint, or the matters and things therein contained, will be heard and determined in his absence, and this causcas to the said James Gibsen, i6 continued.
