Wabasli street, as far as Sixth street, to have two lines of pipes, one on each side all the churches, public buildings, hotels' «fec., (save and except crossing the canal) will have street pipes extended to them. Each consumerwill be furnished with a METER, for measuring the amount of gas used.

The buildings will be of brick, and the works generally will contain all the modern improvements.

Every will be used to have Terrery1effort Haute lighted with gas by July the material castings are ordered on the ground at an early day.
